Dear (Jim's former employer),
Recently my wife and I built a home in Pelican Sound. We dealt with all of the building trades while our house was under construction and we have made many changes since we closed with (builder).
We have experienced a lot of difficulty along the way with poor work and difficult people. However, every contact we made with your company along the way both in the initial construction phase and the changes we have made since have been very positive and very pleasant.
Today Jim Wisniewski made his umpteenth trip to our house for changes we decided to make in our electrical system including rehanging several light fixtures and other items. We found him very competent and very pleasant to deal with. He was a breath of fresh air after dealing so many difficult people.
